Julie, our pastry chef, made mid-Canada proud by becoming a finalist on CTV's Cross Country Cake Off in 2022, proving her exceptional baking talent. Selected from contestants across Canada, she had a chance to meet renowned cookbook author Mary Berg and pastry chef Andrew Han while competing on the show. Throughout the competition, Julie faced numerous challenges that tested her skills and creativity, where her passion for baking helped her become a finalist on the show. Her creations amazed judges and viewers alike, cementing her position as one of Canada's top pastry chefs.
